Media

Kieran Owens

John Charles

John Charles is a contemporary artist from the UK, now based in the UAE. Renowned for his portrait work, JC has also successfully explored abstract art, landscapes and cityscapes to great acclaim. JC takes his artistic influence from his favourite artists, Van Gogh and Jackson Pollock although when it comes to painting, he likes to follow his own path, with films, songs and people inspiring him to create stunning artwork. JC’s bold and explosive style is instantly recognisable in all of his paintings, with each piece completed using a pallet knife and finished off with his signature golden lines. Sean Clancy

Sean is an ex professional athlete who then moved on to become a qualified teacher and successful e-commerce entrepreneur in the health & Fitness industry. Originally from UK, but now living in Dubai, Sean is managing director of KO8, one of the leading health & wellness providers in the country and has worked in partnership with brands such as Under Armour, Lulu Lemon, Ferrari and Technogym through various large scale events. In Web3 Sean is an experienced development solutions manager and has run dev operations for some of the most notable NFT projects in the Middle East.

Sheikha Sarah Almualla

UA3 Ambassador

Sheikha Sarah Almualla is a web3 enthusiast and Digital Artist from UAE and is the first female NFT artist in both the UAE and middle east region.
 
Her art is mostly influenced by Japanese pop culture, anime and manga. Previously Sarah was drawing comics for children in magazines and saw a massive rise in popularity from her unique style.
 
She is a UA3 ambassador and drives projects such as Art for Autism and is an advocate of female participation in the space.

Robin Barton

Art Consultant

Robin Barton, also known as ‘Bankrobber’, is a renowned photographer, British art dealer and Banksy specialist.

An established artist behind the camera, Robin has worked with leading music and fashion publications, including Sounds, NME, Blitz, The Face, as well as Independent Magazine where he photographed the likes of Sir Alec Guinness, Oliver Reed, Johnny Depp, Lou Reed, Hugh Grant. Later he worked for other publications Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, Elle, Vogue, Tatler and Blueprint and four of his works have been placed in the National Portrait Gallery permanent collection: Martin Clunes, Sir Paul Scofield, Jack Charlton and Sir Peter Hall.

In June 2007, he launched art dealership and gallery Bankrobber London, now located in Mayfair, London. Robin and Bankrobber London were responsible for the sale of the Banksy mural Slave Labour. In 2014 Robin Barton and Bankrobber London were involved in the preservation of Banksy’s Spy Booth in Cheltenham. 

Robin supports UA3, a new Web3-based business and community that specialises in fractionalising art into NFTs, as an art consultant and Banksy specialist, supporting the brand in purchasing several Banksy pieces, set to be realised by UA3 in early 2023.
